While at First Shiloh she served as leader for New Members Ministry, Mid-Week Bible Study, Evangelism, and Young Adult Ministry. She was also very active with the Women’s Ministry and Praise and Worship Team. She is currently the founder and Pastor of The Master’s Touch Church Ministries in Richmond, Virginia. On June 29, 2008 she was consecrated as an Apostle of the Lord. The service was done by Apostle Monica Sweeney of Shake the Nations Church, Dallas Texas who is her spiritual overseer. Apostle Winston currently serves on the board for Shake the Nations International. She is a spiritual mentor to many and currently provides spiritual oversight for Breath of Life International Pastor Joy Allen of Garner North Carolina.
Apostle Winston has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She has a diploma in Ministerial Studies from Faith Landmarks Bible Institute and a Diploma in Theology from Oral Roberts University. She has taken classes at Evans-Smith Training Institute of the School of Theology, Virginia Union University and Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree.
Apostle Winston is a woman of worship whose heart’s desire is to do the will of the Father. Simply put, the Lord called her and at the appointed time she said “Yes”. Part of her ministry is to equip others for the work of the ministry so that at the appointed time they to will tell God “Yes”. She understands and takes seriously Luke 9:62 and Ecclesiastes 5:5.
Apostle Winston boldly proclaims that she is “not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to all that believe.” Her heart’s desire is that of the Father - to see souls saved, healed and delivered, and the Lord has gifted her in the areas of healing and deliverance. She is grateful to God for using her to demonstrate His power.
I Corinthians 2:4 “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power!”
